Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All ordered items are shipped as quickly as possible after the date of order, usually within 7 days. All items are shipped via Canada Post to all destinations and tracking is provided for all items. The purchaser is responsible for any Duties or fees incurred once the parcel has left Tuff Bears.
Return & Exchange Policy
If any item is damaged in transit, we will, of course be devastated! We do our utmost to ensure that items are securely packaged for safe transportation.
If your item(s) arrive damaged, please email (info@tuffbears.ca) us right away with images of the Shipping Label, invoice and the damage to the product within 7 days of receiving your items. We will then contact you with a method of return or exchange.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason other than damaged in shipping. As each item is hand-made and unique, nothing leaves our facility in a damaged state.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or Limited Edition items.
